2007 3rd Place Tahquamenon 8 Dog Pro

Pete ran this team and was thoroughly excited with all of them. This team was a mix of some veterans and young dogs with no race experience. All did a great job. The future is starting to look bright.

Prior to the race we felt it was best for Martin to run on the second team. During the race Pete felt Martin should be running on the main team. He is such a trooper and is one big sweetheart. His veteran ability just rubbed off on his running and dogbox partner Hudson.

Arwen ran her first race in lead with veteran Ricky. She was slated to run in team with Sharon but I needed another leader. A smaller female but lot's of heart. Did a great job.

This was Sparrow's first pro race ever. We ran her to see what she is about. She did a great job and it was obvious to see her carrying herself with confidence after the race. She runs a pretty good lead also and we are hoping she will get some race time lead action. Her bloodlines are exceptional.

Pedigree
Ricky was on fire in lead showing Arwen that it isn't so bad up front. Ricky is always willing to go with a ton of enthusiasm. Ricky can run with the main string up to 50 miles but she is too valuable as a leader, and a leader trainer, for the second team and young leaders.
