Last minute decided to run Citation instead of Quigley who wasn't interested in drinking ealier in the day. Last year Citation had a sore tricep at the start and I had to carry him half the first run, so I was pretty nervous about running him this year. He ended up running so great that he led the second half to the finish!

Merlin had a tear in his elbow from mid January that opened back up after the Beargrease. He had to be stiched up again and had two weeks off to let it heal. He only had two short runs in the week before the midnight run. Ran wheel the whole race.
