## 2008 Apostle Islands

7th Place 8 Dogs 2 days, 35 miles/day Raced the 4 dogs that didn't run Beargrease and gave some of the tired dogs the weekend off. The northern Wisconsin trail was beautiful and surprisingly hilly. The runs were warm and sunny and the dogs were a little sluggish. This is a fun race and the midwest mushers are very friendly.
