Friendly gentle and easy going, until you grab the harnesses then he starts screaming. Can be a bit of an anxious dog. Whines, pants and screams when he feels separated and left out. It is my understanding that he did quite well racing for Mark Hartum's kids in limited class races in his younger years. He joined my team in February 2019 to add some much appreciated racing experience (He had already proven reliable in mass start races, and is an excellent lead dog) He's also been very valuable for training my up and coming pups. He led my team both at Run-A-Way 2019 in the four dog class where we took second, and at Prince Albert 2020 where he led with Jackie for the first 3/4 then brought us in over the finish in single lead, we came in last but had a great time learning.
2020/2021 season Manch has been incredibly valuble in helping train up and coming yearlings Reese and Fiasco. However I expect to see him start slowing down and easing off the team in the next season or two though.
