Jett is a dog that we bought at an ADMA auction in 2000 as a wee little pup. He comes from Eric and Stacy Lanser's kennel, and for the first two years of his life, went by the nickname Molasses Jetster, cuz he was SOOO slow. His saving grace is that he is a natural leader, so was delegated to the unsavory task of puppy breaking for the first two years of his life. Well, as a three year old, and with good conditioning, he found himself some speed, and has found a spot on our race teams, as a leader. He gets along with anyone or anything, and tho turning gray around the face already, prematurely, and looking like he was built to run no faster than about 10 mph, he is doing it, and throughly enjoying himself. He and Roxie are our main leaders for the open class races, and recently took 4th out of 14 teams in the 3rd ADMA prelim. He is in training now to 16 miles and showing no weakness.
