1yo intact male, Erhart breeding. 43lbs, but definitely still growing. Tall and lanky with a smooth gait. We've decided he is a little bit too immature still to be running in the main team, but he's more advanced than the puppy team that is just being harness broken, so we'd like to place him with a kennel that will be able to work with him more. He is definitely fast enough for the race team, but he's getting stressed out. He likes to run farther back in the team in a 12-14 dog team (just ahead of wheel), but in a smaller team he would probably run fine in any position. He will probably become more confident as he matures. He likes to go and always lopes, and he has no bad habits like dipping or line biting. He's happy and friendly, and LOVES to eat! His mom and sister (who is a little more mature than he is) are in the main team, and both are leaders. His father is also a leader from Erhart bloodlines. He is very friendly to people (adults and kids) and other dogs - he likes to run free and play and gets along with everyone.

Adoption fee is the cost of shipping him to you - approximately $70 to Fairbanks, AK, and other travel can be arranged. He would make a nice pet, but he has so much potential and loves to run, so we would prefer a mushing home for him.
